Little Richards's BBQ was founded in 1991 by Nick Karagiorgis and GarySizemore.
Here at Little Richard's, we are dedicated to maintaining and
preserving the great North Carolina Barbeque Tradition. Our fresh porkshoulders are Hickory-Smoked for sixteen hours, "the old fashioned way."
Our authentic Lexington-Style recipes have been handed down for
generations and will always stay true to their North Carolina roots.
