Riverbank Trail Farm is located on 75 acres along the beautiful Dan River. It has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor features a large, vaulted ceiling living room with fireplace, remodeled kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom and bath.
The main floor opens to a large deck which overlooks green pastures and the Dan River. Just outside the back door, walk the mile-long trail along the river and enjoy tubing, kayaking, or fly-fishing for stocked trout. On the first floor, your family will enjoy the play room equipped with a regulation Ping-Pong table, darts, and various board and card games. Your family can enjoy fishing along the mile-long river frontage. The river is stocked with trout March - July.
Tubing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking can all be done right on the 75 acre property. The home comes with 4 large tubes as well as two kayaks. A John Deer Gator is available for a nominal fee. In the home is Dish Network satellite television with 2 large flat screens and Blu-Ray DVD players. No wifi or internet is available. A landline phone with unlimited long distance in the continental US is available. The property is available for events and weddings!
Per-night pricing varies from $199 to $250 per night and the home sleeps up to 9, but can accommodate up to 11 with roll-away beds.
