Sacred Space's mission is to share Yoga in its whole form, as a means of healing and maintaining the health of mind, body and spirit, and the cultivation of soul. From beginners to advanced, Sacred Space has yoga classes for everyone, both vinyasa flow and alignment-based, as well as meditation, kids’ yoga and a variety of weekend workshops, all designed to leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
Located in a beautifully renovated historic building just one block west of Main Street in the heart of Mount Airy, our 1,500 square foot studio features hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, soft natural light and an abundance of good energy.
