Day 1
Morning Head into Mount Airy for a tour of the Andy Griffith Museum and take a nostalgic ride in an old Ford Galaxy squad car to see sites that relate to The Andy Griffith Show. Lunch Sample wines at Old North State Winery and Brewery in downtown Mount Airy while chowing down on your lunch in this urban winery that also serves as a deli. Afternoon Play a round of Yadkin Valley golf on Cross Creek Country Club, a top 100 North Carolina Golf Course designed by noted golf architect Ellis Maples. Evening Check in at Hampton Inn and Suites at Shelton Vineyards before heading over to Harvest Grill located inside the vineyard. Tip: Ask to sit in the air conditioned patio that overlooks the scenic property.
Day 2
