Vintage Rose Wedding Estate and Inn is situated in downtown Pilot Mountain, 20 minutes from Downtown Mount Airy. This is the former Dr. Flippen's Bed and Breakfast, with the same owners and many updates. The Vintage Rose Inn offers five spacious suites to accommodate the wedding party, family members, or out-of-town guests in a warm but elegant atmosphere featuring heart pine floors, large Victorian sofas, heirloom rugs and primitive artwork. There is also a private cottage. Spacious air-conditioned suites offer hand carved mahogany beds, fine linens, breathtaking crystal chandeliers, and private baths with dressing areas. A gourmet breakfast is included, served in the dining room. Vintage Rose offers a Grand Parlour built in 1907, with a private bridal suite and groom's study. Original hardwood floors, bead board ceilings, ornate crown moldings and 8 original fireplaces exude elegant Victorian charm. The Grand Parlour offers indoor seating for 75 and is the perfect venue for rehearsal dinners, bridesmaids’ luncheons, a wedding brunch, and bridal or baby showers. Built in the foothills area of North Carolina in 1896, the 100-seat Chapel is refurbished with an emphasis on maintaining the unique character and integrity of the era. The Grand Parlour offers indoor seating for 75 and is the perfect venue for rehearsal dinners, bridesmaids’ luncheons, a wedding brunch, and bridal or baby showers. The rose garden, featuring 150 heirloom roses, is the perfect setting for bridal portraits or engagement photos.
